Finance - Checklist

When applying for a loan you are going to need the following:

Identification

• Recent photo identification (eg. Drivers Licence), or
• 100 point identification for new customers

 

Proof of income

• 3 most recent pay slips or...
• financial statements for the past 2 years if you are self-employed

 

Proof of residence

• rates notice if you are a home owner.
• home loan statement (if you are refinancing)

 

Proof of current liabilities

• credit card statement

 

Proof of savings (if you have them)

• savings account statements
• term deposit statements
• managed fund statements
